earliest convenience? Once receive your estimated port disbursements,
we will arrange the 80% of it asap as per the rule of our company.
Balance will be settled at receipt of actual invoice of port
disbursements. Any excess payment shall be refunded to our nominated
account.

Pls revert the estimate PDA quotation soonest, as owner’s process for
arranging pre-fund of PDA payment is very long.Thank you for your
understanding.
Meanwhile, please kindly provide below items:
1. Please advise the port information/requirements/restrictions for
smooth operation and keep corresponding with master.
2. Update the tanker line-up, weather forecast and berthing prospects
every day and once changed.
3. Provide the daily report of vessel’s cargo operation.
4. Provide us with a set of shipping documents after completion of
loading.
5. Advise any Freight Tax and Cargo Dues applicable for this cargo
6. Advise your full style, mailing address and name of
person-in-charge with their AOH phone number for urgent contact in
case of needs.
7. Please liaise with and ensure that third parties including, but not
limited to, port and terminal operators, port service providers, and
shore authorities are provided with relevant information and timely
notices.
