Dear Sir
Kindly pass this email to the master.
Today our team did the hold cleanliness inspection during
yesterday 10.00 – 15.00 hr for Hold 1 and 2 , we found water leakage
in both holds
5th time Hold inspection result : Not passed
This is unusual and causes the delay for all the parties.
We are concerned about this vessel’s condition during loading and
voyage.
Today the master refused to sign our hold inspection report as
attached.
By this, we are waiting for our principal to confirm before continuing
the hold inspection since the master did not respect our inspection
finding.
We have to put this matter on record and reserve the right of our
principals in case of any delay or any consequences to arise.
