2. We are unable to pass judgement on other peoples Emails because we do not know the full story. However, the Email would ring alarm bells and we would advise seeking further professional advice before engaging with the sender.

   For example: the website alqaditradingltd.com was created in July 2020

   Compare with another site, which was created June 2016 https://www.asgcgroup.com/about-us/board-of-directors

   I emphasise, Brendinghat are not passing judgment – we are merely point out some warning flags we spotted after a quick check.

   1. As indicated in my previous comment, Brendinghat are unable to express an opinion on Emails sent to others.

      But there is a big warning flag on the alqaditradingltd.com domain which was registered in July 2020.

      Look at the picture of Loay Ali Alqadi then compare it to the pictures on http://deiraorientrealestate.com/about.php and http://binshafarholding.com/about-us/. It should be noted that the last two websites were registered in 2018 and 2012. Without further information, Brendinghat decline to comment further on which one is genuine.

4. Dear Dave McDave, Ivor and Nigel Lane,

   An associated company i am related to also received an almost identical email to the above recently.
   The website addresses listed were slightly different and photos are now removed. Both registered in 2020. The ADGPA website (https://adgpa-ae.com/home/) was registered to a Nigerian address and the ownership of alqaditradingltd.com is hidden.

   The initial contact was passed on by a fake linked-in account.

   The website has been created on July 2020 in Panama and the name of Loaly Ali has been give to me by Maria Pastella on Linkedin. I think that it is not a genuine inquiry and they will ask USD or € for any legal expenses to prepare the contract of buy.
