Greetings!
We are glad to inform you that your company are invited ‘with
others’ to participate in our tendering process to submit your
quotations for products/services that falls within the scope of
your supply as per attached order sourcing request.
Your Tender shall include the following:-
* FINANCIAL PROPOSAL (Selling rates shall include all direct &
indirect, social insurance and taxes including contracting sales tax).
* TECHNICAL PROPOSAL, including technical proposal, method
statement, time schedule, cash flow, QA/QC manual, qualification of
project team, exclusion/clarifications to the Tender and trade
license.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS OF QUOTATIONS:
* Quotation must be uploaded in 2 separates attachments – 1
COMMERCIAL OFFER WITH PRICE & 1 TECHNICAL OFFER WITHOUT PRICES.
* Prices must be quoted for each item in AED OR USD inclusive of all
expenses. Warranty, Expected date of delivery, Calibration, and
Installation if required should be indicated clearly.
* Quotations must be submitted on or before the closing date
mentioned above.
* Quotations must be valid for 25 days from date of submission as a
minimum.
* The enquiry reference number in subject of this email should be
mentioned on all your offers and all email attachments must be carry
the company name including the document title.
* In case of reply by email communication, subject of the email must
not be modified and all email attachments must carry the company name
and the document type such as Technical offer, Commercial offer,
catalogs, drawings etc. and reply to: info@algeeml.com
* In case of upload to tender portal, filenames should include
company name and document type and must be uploaded only to the link
sent above.
* Quotations that are not authorized by signature or company stamps
will be rejected.
* Proposals shall be strictly as per our specifications and any
deviation from our specification(s) shall be clearly identified.
* In cases where site visit(s) are required, please follow the
specific guidelines issued in this regard and ensure adherence to all
health and safety procedures.
* Attach a copy of valid trade license along with Commercial offer.
In case of Agency, Distributors sales, necessary authorization
letters/certificates must be submitted.
* Payment Terms must be clearly indicated on the commercial offers.
* All quotations should carry full address of the vendor including
VAT TRN number.
