i received such email but from a person whose linked in account looks really genuine. so does this company Green Field Labs really exists?
The companies mentioned in the Emails we publish are often real companies, and the people mentioned are employees of that company. But this is done in attempt to defraud and make you think it is a genuine Email.
However, the domain greenfieldlabs.co.uk was only registered in Oct 2020, just before this Email was sent out. It is not unknown for a scammer to set up an associated website to help with the deception. There is no “Green Field Laboratories Ltd” registered at companies house. There are a lot of alarm bells ringing on this one.
