Dear user
Our old Online Banking site has been discontinued. Experience our new
Online Banking site with a two-step sign in feature from 1st October
2023.
TO UPDATE YOUR USERNAME FOR INTERNET BANKING AND THE BANKING APP,
SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Simply SIGN INTO <Suspicious hyperlink> your account, then
select CUSTOMER PROFILE. Next select MANAGE YOUR DETAILS, then select
USERNAME to edit it and tap SAVE to save your changes. You’ll now be
able to use your Username the next time you sign in.
Note: Registered phone number we have on our record must be confirmed
as we will verify by sending One-Time-PIN to validate your details.
EXCITING HIGHLIGHTS

Digital banking is even simpler now that you can securely access
both our Banking App and Internet Banking using the same log-ins.

What’s more, if you’re a personal and business banking
customer, you’ll now also be able to access all your accounts from a
single profile.

You can now also edit your sign-in credentials to select a new
Username in place of the current default email address Username.
•
OTPs (one time pin) will be sent to your registered email address
related user profile changes.
