Subject: TOP MOST URGENT
UNITED STATE FORMER AMBASSADOR TO NIGERIA.

This is Mr. John Campbell Ex – United States Ambassador to Federal
Republic of Nigeria, I came down to Nigeria for meeting and I was
searching for some files that I left behind and I discover that you
have not received your fund, and I asked the present ambassador Mrs.
Mary Beth Leonard why you haven’t receive your fund and she said, you
have refused to pay the official fee requested for the delivery of the
ATM CARD.

I’m contacting you this morning because the director of the ATM CARD
Center said, they will divert your money to the Government Treasury
because you cannot fulfill the delivery obligation expected from you,
which is $100 according to them. But I told them to hold on until I
hear from you to find out the reason you rejected such amazing offer
to receive your US$15.5M because of $100.00.

I want your urgent response to explain the reason you choose to
abandon your ATM CARD because of such amount. But if you don’t need it
then I can change your name to another person so that this Government
will not claim this money but I know that you will love to have it.
Please, I will monitor it to make sure you receive this card before
leaving Nigeria alright.
