Subject: BUSINESS PROPOSAL FOR A VETERINARY PRODUCT
I’m sorry to encroach into your privacy, my name is Ms. Dmytro
Nataliya previously working as an agent with the Ukraine Veterinary
Procurement Agency (UVPA), as a sourcing agent for Veterinary
products. We search for companies to bid for supply contracts on
commission basis. I receive 30% commission from the
seller/manufacturer in any successful contract done through my
recommendation.
Furthermore, there is a particular client from Canada that operates a
Mini Zoo. We usually supply veterinary products, but due to the
Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, our company has been
shut down and staff have fled out of the country for greener pastures.
Currently, I am running a Private Veterinary Mandate Company with a
backup licensed with Ukraine Veterinary Procurement Agency (UVPA)
online here in (Netherlands) Sourcing for new clients and to keep
track with our old Clients.
In the meantime, I need a trustworthy individual whom I will present
to our Client as the Authorized Distributor. Due to the fact that, I
don’t want my client to know the actual price we usually buy the
product from the manufacturer.
My request is if we can both invest in buying the said product
(Coxin24-IBT Injection) from the manufacturer at the rate of
USD$:675.00 while selling it to my Canadian client at the rate
USD$:1,400.00. While the profit will be shared between you and me at
40% / 60% ratio, and based on the fact that my colleague are also part
of the deal since they are providing me some documents to back up the
supply, I don’t want to disclose the dealer information to my client
in Canada since I have an interest in continuity of this business.
Upon the confirmation of your willingness, I will give you the
detailed contact of the Manufacture for you to confirm the current
local market price and availability of the product.
Moreso I will prepare an official recommendation letter addressed to
the Canadian company in favor of your name, for them to contact you
for further negotiations, awaiting to hear from you as soon as
possible,
