I come to you this day after looking into your payment file and I
discovered finding why you have not received your long over due funds
US$10.5M only. First be informed that I am the current and new
Minister of Finance Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has mandated me to review all outstanding
foreign debt and then pay the beneficiary that have met with the
requirement.
From my findings, the only thing you have not done right that is
holding your fund transfer ever since is that you did not sign
Ownership Certificate of this Funds US$10,500,000.00 only with that I
will send you the Ownership Certification so you can sign and return
for the immediate processing of your funds wire transfer.
Once the Signed Ownership Certificate is return and Notarized your
fund payment will be processed within 72 hours and your fund wired to
your nominated bank account this last quarter of 2023.
