Please go through the attached videos and watch how your coworkers are
stealing materials at site during working hours. Please take an
immediate action against those who indulge in such crime by informing
your management and make sure that such actions are not repeated in
future or we will have no other action than to write to your
management to terminate everyone employment.
If we continue to experience this terrible incident without any action
from your side, we will also have no other option than to involve the
police to arrest you and the workers involved in this situation.
Therefore, kindly talk to your management to suspend the contract of
those involved in such indecent act.
I could prepare a list of everyone involved but you can watch the
vidioes to see if you can identify most of them and forward our
request to your management to take proper action immediately.
