We are writing to request that you refund the Virtual Credit Cards
associated with each reservation below.
These reservations were either: a) cancelled and our records show
that you fully or partially waived the applicable fees b) cancelled
due to a Force Majeure/Forced Circumstances event (Clause 2.10 of the
applicable General Delivery Terms applies to reservations that were
cancelled due to a Force Majeure/Forced Circumstances event),
Since your guests paid online through Booking.com’s Online
Payments service, we’ve refunded them and we now need you to refund
the Virtual Credit Cards in turn.
Please complete this by within 24 hours of this mail receipt.
