eta on 1st Sep, 2022, iagw, wog, for discharging
We are plsd to appoint you as owner’s agent at same port.
Tally on board to be owner’s acct, dockside tally to be chtr’s
acct.
Ship’s particular ,stowage plan, cgo manifests, b/ls as attachment.
The exact eta and draft on arrival will inform you from the master.
Pls cfm our appointment by return and urge all the local cnee to fetch
d\o in time and secure cgo custom clearing fomlities completed prior
to vsl’s arrival.
Pls quote pda as per attached format and arng the dischng operation
accordingly.
Pls contact with the receivers and parties concerned to make the
pre-arrangement for the smooth berthing and dischng of our vsl.
Pls inform us the updated line-up and berthing prospect bss on daily
and confirmed berthing schedule prior to vsl arrival.
Pls inform the master in advance of the working time of pilot,
handling time from anchorage to terminal, tide time, draft restriction
of channel and alongside berth.
Pls be aware tt capt. Can receive email only via us forwarding but can
send to all and you can contact him directly by tlx in urgent.
Pls receive nor duly which tendered by the master of the vsl upon
arrival, make sof strictly and send me all docs after vsl departure.
Pls make sure all cgo must be delivered against the original bsl and
owner’s confirmation.
