Subject: RECOVERY INFORMATION
Dear  Foreign Beneficiary,

REF:RELEASE OF ABANDONED RECOVERED FUNDS BY ECOWAS.

I am a private lawyer appointed to represent foreign contractors and
beneficiaries with abandoned claims such as
compensation,inheritance,Lottery ,contracts and other claims.

The government has scheduled an emergency meeting based on ECOWAS
Court judgement authorizing ECOWAS to direct the paying banks to
credit random sum of $2.5M to affected beneficiaries, due to the lost
of relevant documents as a result of software introduced by the
hackers which has lead to the corruption of information of
beneficiaries .This is why random sum of $2.5M is scheduled to be paid
by the directives of ECOWAS to the bank. However, if any of the
affected beneficiary can provide documentary proof of his or her
claims in the past, the total sum will be credited with immediate
effect but if such proof can’t be provided ,the beneficiary only
receives this random sum.

Kindly reconfirm your full names, address, telephone, occupation, exact
amount of your payment, next of kin and your prefer choice of
payment:Cashier check, bank’s draft ,ATM or bank wire.

Finally, you have the choice to contact ECOWAS directly and settle the
government obligatory, statutory and mandatory FIAT which covers your
foreign allocation and exchange control which guarantees 100% release
of your payment without government local or international stop orders.

You can choose to have us negotiate this on your behalf so as to avoid
delays in releasing the programming funds to you or better still we
can provide you with the ECOWAS information to negotiate with them
directly and obtain the clearance receipt from them and then receive
the payment.

For your information, you are advised to heed to these directives
immediately as Foreign auditors are scheduled to audit all the
abandoned claims and recover them for government use in West Africa.

Please, accept our congratulations while we apologize for any
inconveniences in advance.

Yours Faithfully,

Barrister Kojo E. Amaglo Esq.
Foreign Beneficiaries Legal Officer.
