We are bidding as a Main Contractor for the above-mentioned project
and would like to invite you to submit your proposal for the subject
as per the attached documents.
Your fixed offer, open for acceptance for a minimum period of 120 days
from its date of issue, clearly indicating unit rates, availability,
specification, your terms of payment and schedule of delivery, should
