Please find attached our Purchase Order (P.O.) No.4063451235 Dated
:07.06.2022
for supply of goods on the terms and conditions specified therein
and as per agreement / deal slip / terms agreed between us.
TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
Kindly arrange to dispatch the goods as per the dispatch and delivery
instructions specified in the P.O.
Please note that timely delivery of goods in good order and condition
is
the essence of the P.O.
We request you to:
1. Acknowledge receipt of P.O. and confirm acceptance of the terms and
conditions mentioned therein by E mail
to retailho.replenishment@ril.com
2. Send your Proforma Invoice /ASN as an advance intimation of
dispatch
as per delivery schedule and fix delivery timings with our concerned
Authorized Manager at the place of delivery. Phone number, address and
other details of our authorised person is
mentioned in the PO.
3. Please bring four copies (including excise invoice ) of invoice
along
with the delivery.
4. Obtain acknowledgement on one copy of invoice for goods delivered
from our Authorized Manager/officer duly signed and stamped at the
delivery location.
Please Note That:
1. It is envisaged that you will deliver the goods on or before the
due
delivery date mentioned in the PO.
2. In case of exigency where, goods are likely to be received at DC
after the due delivery date, please contact our local representative
at the receiving DC, as mentioned in PO, to extend the delivery date
before dispatch from your location. Extension of delivery date
in the PO will be at sole discretion of the Company.
3. Acceptance of delivery shall not be deemed as acceptance of goods.
4. In case of failure on your part to supply goods as per terms of the
P.O. and delivery instructions as above, we reserve our right to
refuse
to accept delivery of the goods which shall be without prejudice to
any
other rights or remedies available to us under law or otherwise.
