foreign contractor don’t know about the over-invoiced. and since

Angola. My client is now ready to transfer this fund overseas and
that is where you come in. It is important to inform you that, top
executive officer with Sonangol Group are forbidden to operate a
personal foreign account that is why he requires your assistance.
The total sum will be shared as follows: 65% for us, 35% for you.
With the modalities he put in place, the transfer is 100% risk free
guranteed on both sides. My client is a top personnel in Sonangol
Group Petroleum Company for years so I have confidence in him. If you
find this proposal acceptable, please kindly reply and indicate your
