IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. Import and export cargoes must conform with ISPM 15 of the
International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC)
2. Imported articles must be marked, in any official language of
the Philippines (English or Tagalog), in a conspicuous place as
legibly, indelibly and permanently, the name of the country of origin
of the article. Examples: “MADE IN USA”, “MADE IN GERMANY”, etc.
3. Please ensure that the consignee in the Philippines is
accredited with the Bureau of Customs as importer; and that the
consignee has a duty/tax auto-debit facility (PASS5) with their
authorized agent bank.
4. At least three (3) days before cargo arrival, please send us all
the import Customs clearance documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing
List, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin (CO), Purchase Order (PO), Proof
of Payment (receipt and/or Sales Contract), and regulatory permits,
authority or clearances (if required)
