Dear Bidders,
You are invited to submit your proposal against RFQ#169 “Annual
Maintenance Services for Chiller Plant, Supply and Installation of
Steel Pipe, Pump and fitting at DEWA Head Office “
Proposal submission deadline is March 3rd , 2022. 02:00 PM
Please confirm your participation by February 26st ,2022 before 02:00
PM.
Please note that , RFQ document shall be shared only with interested
bidders upon submission of the attached filled in forms ( Undertaking
and Release of Liability forms) with authorized signatory , Company
stamped, and your company’s letter head by February 26,2022 before
02:00 PM on etihad.tenders@etihadesco.com .

* Duly signed and stamped Confidentiality Undertaking Letter.
Preferred file name “CUL-RFQ-169-Company Name”.pdf or Html
* Duly signed and stamped Liability Release Letter. Preferred file
name “LR-RFQ-169-Company Name”.pdf or Html
Note: Please follow the sample “file naming”
All interested parties which have experience of undertaking similar
projects are invited to participate and are requested to submit an
expression of interest (“EOI”) along with the attached forms with
authorized signatory , Company stamped, and your company’s letter no
later than 2 PM on February 26,2022 before 02:00 PM.
Site visit : Tentative Date : 23rd- 25th February 2022
Actual Site Visit schedule will be shared upon the receipt of above
signed documents & confirmation of Participation
For the purpose of arranging the gate passes, tenderers shall submit
names of attendee (01 person/company) along with their Passport, Visa
& Emirates ID Copy,
Important Notice : Visiting person should be vaccinated and max One
(1) person is allowed.
Covid protocol as per DEWA is as follows
* “All Contractor & DEWA Staff working must wear Mask & gloves”
* Covid-19 Protocols W.e.f 01/04/2021;
* Present a Negative “PCR” test is a must.
* The “PCR” should be dated a maximum 48 Hrs. before the visit.
* The Consultants, suppliers, outsourcing companies and others who
took the vaccine (1st or both doses) are excluded from doing the
“PCR” on condition that they present the vaccination proof prior
to entering DEWA

Documents to be shared as a single PDF and a Zip file (Rar) file
with all documents in separate files.
Interested Bidders are requested to share the EOI along wit the
tree requested documents before 2:00 Pm on 26st February 2022.
