any sector. He’s willing to finance projects at a guaranteed 5% ROI
per annum for projects ranging from 5 years term and above but not
exceeding 15 years.
The funds can finance projects between five Million to seventy
million, but cannot exceed twenty Million in a single tranche. Please

How do you know this one in particular is a scam .Can you elaborate on this?
We are unable to elaborate on our techniques in order to prevent us from becoming an “improve your scamming” service. We can say that all the Emails we publish arrive at our honeypot email addresses. There is absolutely no reason a legitimate Email would use these addresses. They only exist on “dark web” mailing lists.
Exactly how do you know that this is a scam? Can you explain further? To promote your website don’t go about destroying other people. Because what am reading here is a proposal unless your seeing otherwise.
The main criterion is that we receive these Emails in a honeypot Email account – an Email address that will not appear in any genuine mailing list. The sender of the advertisement has used a rogue collection of scraped Email accounts.
As we said in the previous reply, we will not go into details otherwise we are helping scammers to improve their techniques. With my experienced eye, the Email above has plenty of warning flags.
