Thank you so much for posting this. I have received two emails featuring this exact wording in the message body. The first time I wasn’t so convinced it was a scam as I actually deal with situations like this in my line of work (I work with engineers either as contractors or subcontractors on particular projects), I did reply to the first inquiry as both the email and sender looked legit. Fortunately I never received a reply and chalked it up to the person not being serious, or maybe it was an actual scam.
But the second time, Outlook marked it as Spam and I could clearly tell based on the email address that it was a scam. And after finding this article, I now know better to ignore or block emails of this type. Thanks again.
