in Afghanistan who is distressed following the abrupt take-over of
Kabul by the Taliban
The collapse of government in Kabul resulted in paralysis of banking
operations and business activities in the country, even as foreign

has dipped to near zero. My principal was a major contractor with the
United States Army in Afghanistan before the closure of Military Bases
in the country and he wishes to urgently relocate huge financial
