Please send an offer for the attached product.
While writing the offer; You are kindly requested to prepare your
proposals by considering the following items.
1. You must specify your Trade Registry number,
2. When writing the offer , the offers must be written on the
submitted list ,
3. VAT excluded amount should be written,
4. You need to specify the Unit price, Total amount and Delivery
times,
5. The products will be delivered to TÜBITAK SAGE’s Lalahan Campus
and the transportation fee will be borne by the contractor company.
6. Payment will be made by bank transfer in TL within 21 days
(following the acceptance of the inspection acceptance commission) at
the CBRT Foreign Exchange Buying Rate on the invoice date .
7. On the invoice and/or order form, the information on whether your
company is an SME and the locality rate of the
goods/services/construction work offered should be stated in %.
The current dated “Tax Debt Inquiry (22/A)” document
should be attached to each invoice exceeding 2.000 TL including VAT.
NOTE: You are kindly requested to indicate whether you will bid or
not.
