I have received similar offers from Damman Capital Middle East Investment in Saudi Arabia that claim to fund projects all over the world but they used a PO box in Saudi Arabi. they do not have a corporate office or any representation in SA or Dubai. You asked me to set up a company in Dubai and pay $68,500 as a fee for the loan offered at 2.5%. I asked this company to send me a copy of their Article of Incorporation or any proof that their company is registered or licensed to do business in the Middle East and I never heard back from them.
