Subject: Hello

Hello ,

I am Mr. Anas Ashraf, I work at the procurement Department of Qatar Power
Company ( Electric & Water Co.).

Pardon me if I invaded your privacy.

I am under very strict guidelines to search for a credible foreign
collaboration to partner with in the actualization of a viable and
profitable project.

I am hoping to work with a reputable individual to engage in
profit-oriented ventures in your country and perhaps with your
assistance, we could get the funding actualized within 2 weeks.

Further details will follow upon your positive reply with your full names,
contact address and phone number.

Regards,

Mr. Anas Ashraf

    Dear Pasquale,

I hope you are doing well. I hope this email finds you and your lovely family well and in good health. I just returned from the hospital and decided to check the mail. Please brother, were able to write or get any response from the bank today even though i ‘m not sure they worked.

Please brother, I plead with you to do everything humanly possible for us to complete this transaction and i can assure you that you will never regret it. Please kindly let me know if there is any update. The pain I’m sitting on due to my spon’s situation is too much for only one heart to bear. Please help me so that we can conclude this transaction. We don’t have to lose the funds, just help me cross this bridge brother.

  3. They actually pretend to send Qatar Industrial Bank usd 30MM. But, Qatar Industrial Bank and money in QIB are all fake. Don’t send them any money even usd 1 by their request for certification or so to them. And they are in Africa.
