a loan company from a Credit & Finance dept in Europe, based in
Belgium, working in collaboration with our investor’s law Firm. We
give out loans to Individuals, Self-employment, Limited liability
companies.
It is our duty to make an analysis of your project / business plan and
make a feasibility study (IRR is important).If positive a draft of the
BLA (Business Loan Agreement) will be sent to you with full details
and terms.
Through our portfolio we are mandated to manage loans up to € or $200M
and sometimes even more when involving different investors. Depending
on the requested amount and the purpose of the loan, interest rate
will vary between 2 & 2.5%/year with a standard term of 10 years
(Negotiable) and one year of grace period (Negotiable).
