My dearest
I am Mrs.Yara J. Decker, 60 years old, I’m hearing impaired and now a new Christian convert. I was married to late Engr. Steve .A. Decker, who worked with Sinopec (Hong Kong) Limited for Twenty-Six years before he died in the year 2015 after a brief illness. and during the period of our marriage we had a 23 yrs old son who died in an auto crash three years ago.
When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of US$13.5M with a financial institution in Hong Kong.
