          Our Ref: ECC/FT/BNF PIN-01/21     29th January,
2021.

           ATTN:  Mr. Nigel,

Dear Sir,

Good to reach you again conveying in writing the decisions of the E.U.
Board on your floating payout.

Please NOTE that the resolution to retire your payment to the treasury
having been abandoned and unclaimed was passed by the Audit Board at
their third quarterly meeting of the year under review held in
Brussels, Belgium on the 18th of Dec. 2020. However, the final seal on
this resolution would be affirmed at the first meeting of the
Governing Council to be held on the 25th and 26th of February, 2021.

Candidly NOTE that upon the ratification of this resolution by the
Governing Council that your overdue disbursement will cease to exist
in your name.

Our further scrutiny and balancing of the credits and debits elements
of the Partner Funding Agencies has revealed your huge efforts and may
have been led into making unguided expenses as detailed by the Audit
report.

However NOTE that all prior achievements and feats you may have
recorded in the past remained marred by this obvious lackluster
attitude which surely shall orchestrate the sinking of this fund
notwithstanding the concerted efforts we have been making to see
through this disbursement efficaciously but unable to meet you at any
convenient bend.

We shall repeat that it makes no meaning mailing each other on what
ought to be when you have before now zeroed your mind towards
forfeiture of this fund by your apparent neglect and display of
laxity, broken focus and unconcerned to our past communications and
this, surely will soon attract administrative consequences.

Be informed.

FERNANDO MERRILL
