Hi, I got THE SAME message and well, EVERYTHING exactly the same. It was so weird because I used to bank with ENBD, and the COO is the same guy!!!
So, yes, beware. I was just about to reply, when I did a search for abdulqassem21@gmail.com , and came up with this thread.

Yes, scammers will pretend to be a real person in order to give some credibility to their background story. You have to be careful – the Email looks like it has come from the bank, and a quick bit of research will confirm there is a real employee by that name. But then your reply goes to the fake Gmail account, not the real person.
