  1. I rece a received a polite dm in Instagram that Mr. Tongson was giving away 30k. Seemed legit until he asked for 100 dollars to FedEx my winnings to me.

    1. Unfortunately that is a standard scam – asking for a an upfront fee before you get your big prize (which never comes).

  2. Same thing happened me and same name!! Except he the DM said if I sent $150 for fed ex shipment I will receive $50,000

  3. This happened to me , he said he was going to donate 100,000 but the only way he could send it was if there was transaction history of $500. Then said he sent and it was on hold and needed to send 1600 more then it got returned back to him and I opened another wallet because paxful don’t give the 12 word phrase to you. So he said I had to send another 500 to have history with new wallet . I was suspicious so I asked for a video call and he refused saying his wife didn’t like the idea I said well she can join in on the call. I lost $2000.

        1. I saw a public post from him in an Amber Alert thread on a news channel in Phx, Az. He said he won the lottery and offered to help people with medical bills, depressing situations. etc. due to COVID financial crisis. I checked the FB account which showed him helping a person in a hospital and then I checked to see if he was really a lottery winner. I sent him a message on FB messenger:( I feel so foolish sharing about my personal struggles… I should have checked further. I am usually not this gullible!
