THE MANAGER ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CONTROLLER.
EUROCONTROL demands for remittance advice and proof of settlement of
bills and invoices to the Central Routes Charges Office of
EUROCONTROL. The invoices are with regards to Air Navigation, en route
and terminal charges for the months of January 2019 to October 2020
invoices. We Kindly request you forward the copies of these proofs of
payment and invoices at your disposal for verification and updates of
our records in preparation for the usual quarterly audit of accounts.
This is required for accounting reconciliation purposes.
We also wish to use this medium to inform you of the change in our
account detail. Once again we can’t receive payments on the accounts
stated on the invoice sent to you due to the logistics problem with
the bank currently. The new banking detail will be forwarded to you as
soon as possible and upon your reply to this email. We regret all
inconvenience and plead that you bear with us.
