Hello,
My name is Judith and I got your email from the Department of Commerce and International Trade. I bring to you a humanitarian project proposal request that I am interested in. However, I am writing this email to you with heavy sorrow in my heart, it’s painful to let you know that I have been suffering from esophageal cancer and rare heart disease for the past 5 years, just a few weeks ago I was told by my doctor that I had only a little time left. I am contacting you because I don’t have any other option but to open up to you about my project at hand.
