    1. Thank you for your comment.

To be clear, we are saying that we received the above Email into our honeypot Email account. The account has never been used by a real person and there is no legitimate reason for an Email to be sent there.

We are not making any judgement on the company mentioned. Many of the Emails we publish pretend to be from a genuine person or company. In fact, the “From” domain mentioned above has been in existence since 1999, which is a good sign – although it currently points to a website “under construction”.

The Email above has a reply address with a similar but different domain name – a Z replacing the S. This could be an indication of someone trying to imitate the company. The alternative domain (with a Z) was created on the 20th August 2020, a few days before the mailing – another warning flag. The website is currently pointing to a hosting company default page.

Again to be clear: We are saying that the the above Email raises concerns about its origin and legitimacy. We pass no judgement on the companies mentioned but would advise our readers to take independent professional advice before embarking upon any commercial transactions.

  1. WARNING: These are scams. They are Emails sent to a honeytrap address only ever used for this purpose. Do not reply to these people, they will try to con you into paying out money in return for nothing.

CAVEAT: Please note that some of these Emails may be impersonating a genuine company or person. We wish to make it clear that any such name mentioned within these Emails has no connection to the scam. For the sake of searching, we leave these messages untouched, but we will respond to any concerns left in our comments.

this is what you said about the page above. “THESE ARE SCAMS”
