I am a free lance agent for an international
organisation that provides loan facility for amounts
between minimum of US$5M and a maximum of US$180M. A
prospective applicant will be required to provide
financial analyses, which may include but not limited
to:
1. Forecasted income statement
2. Cash flow statement (Forecasted)
3. Forecasted balance sheet
4. Sensitivity analysis
5. Break even analysis
6. Ratio analysis
The above elements should be based on a three year
projected period. It is pertinent to note that loan
tenure is not restricted to three years but contingent
on the project plan. Loans are subject to terms and
conditions.
