detailed below.
Important: It is the Vendor’s responsibility to read the inquiry in
its entirety. Products offered shall be in strict compliance with this
inquiry. Any deviations must to be clearly stated.

1. Please quote the best price and delivery for the following items.
2. The following documentation shall be submitted with the quotation
(mandatory requirements):
– Manufacturer’s Catalogs.
– Dimensions / Weights.
– Data Sheets.
Bidder shall ensure that complete model number, model number decoding
details and detailed technical catalogues are provided in English
language for the offered items. An offer without catalogues shall be
considered incomplete and is liable for rejection.
3. Exceptions taken to this inquiry (mandatory requirements):
Supplier shall confirm compliance to the Inquiry requisition. Any
deviation from these shall be indicated in the deviation / exception
list. Deviations shall be supplemented with adequate technical
justification. If no deviation list is submitted with the bid, it
shall be construed that the Supplier has no deviations to the
requisition and the bid is in full compliance with all the
requirements specified therein.
4. Documentation, Testing and Certifications requirements (mandatory
requirements):
– Calibration Certificates.
– Material Test Certificates.
– Inspection / Testing Reports.
5. Shell DEPs: Vendor shall follow DEP version V- 43 & MESC version
14B.
Company shall NOT share any DEPs and Vendor shall have access to any
Shell DEP web page. Incase Shell DEP access is not available, vendor
shall arrange to get the DEP’s directly from Shell. This is in
accordance with PDO and Shell information management and intellectual
properties requirements.
6. Attached Data Sheet and Project Specifications: It is the
Vendor’s responsibility to provide proposal in compliance with
attached data sheets and project specifications as applicable to the
Vendor’s Scope of Supply. Any deviations must to be clearly stated.
7. Required Validity: 30 days.
