I went through the scam, which it was more than obvious. GMail addresses, websites only presenting a .cgi with a FTP directories on their domain names. I stopped at the license con. One domain is sino-pec.org. Their email addresses are Gmail addresses, instead of their corporate email, and other mechanics of the scam.
I can walk you step-by-step of this con.
