Dear Sir/Madam,
RE: ALL APPROVED BENEFICIARIES.
Based on the official Memorandum of understanding {MOU} endorsed by
Mr. President Beneficiaries are to pay ONLY US$355.00 to process their
payment.
This mandatory fee cannot be deducted by the paying Bank because it
falls outside the jurisdiction of the Bank, all fees within the Bank
and for Government are to be officially deducted from source and the
balance thereof released unconditionally to the approved beneficiary.
