Subject: I NEED YOUR VERY URGENT ASSISTANCE PLEASE

Dear Sir

I am a Project Manager with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation
(NNPC).

It may interest you to know that the purpose of this contact (though we
have never met) is to ask for your assistance to provide an offshore
account where the sum of $24,000.000.00 (Twenty-Four Million United States
Dollars) can be transferred.

The money emanated from upward review of a contract already executed and
handed over to NNPC and the Federal government by a foreign construction
company in 2009. The original cost of the contract was eighty Million
Dollars ($80,000,000.00) but we in the project office hiked the bill of
quantity to arrive at this additional $24,000,000.00 with the knowledge of
the contractor. The contractors have already been paid now remaining the
balance of $24,000,000.00 which we want to
transfer out of the country with the help of a trusted foreign partner.

As civil servants, we are not permitted to operate foreign and Dollar
accounts hence this contact. So, you are required to stand as foreign
partner contractor who executed the contract. The idea is to transfer the
money into your nominated account. The necessary arrangements have
been made, and the machinery put set in motion to execute a legal, and
successful fund movement. There is nothing to be afraid of or have cause
for worry.

We have agreed to compensate you with 30% of the fund while the remaining
70% will be for the project office and the people mentioned.

Should you have any clarification to make, I shall be glad to answer you
succinctly. We promise that the sharing of this fund at the comfort of your
home in your country will be done amicably, and we shall invest our shares
in your country with your guidance when you confirm the
transfer and credit into your account.

Your kind acceptance to this rare offer shall be appreciated with these
info;

1. Your phone and fax numbers
2. Your full names, address, and ID.
3. Account details where the money will be wired.

We want to assure you that this is a risk free transaction which will be
concluded within 14 working days once we receive the above particulars.

Further details shall be made known to you as soon as your positive reply
is received.
I expect to hear from you urgently.

Yours Sincerely
Neil Waudby
