We had to redact the Email as we have no idea where you got that from. We are unwilling to comment on individual cases as we do not have the full information for a forensic analysis. We can say that Email addresses are easy to forge to make them look like they have come from an official source. An official looking Email does not prove anything, you will need to seek further advice.
