Retro spaces an interior decor and designs service seeks an online accounts receivables/ book keeper to work from home on a flexible part or full-time basis. You should have quickbooks experience (at least intermediate) and an understanding of cash flows. You Should be proficient in accounting, excel, word and be able to coordinate and assist with spreadsheets, proposals and tracking on request.
You must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented, accurate in keeping records, assist dispatcher, documentation to maintain. You do not need to have professional experience in the field but need to have a very good attitude, a fast learner, be responsible, stable, and great at sales.
You can work from home or any desired location of your choice. You will handle monies and legal tenders often and this job description is strictly open to commission basis i.e commission on every task taken up. Commission ranges between $100- $1500. This depends on number of clients attended to deposits and balances made through you.
