Dear Friend,

I make this appeal with the hope that I can trust you to assist me secure some
fund valued at $28,000,000.00.( Twenty Eight Million United States Dollars.)
The content of this mail are expressed in confidence and solely for your
personal consideration.

I am Dr. Wahab David Ellams, a Director in Project and Planning department of
the Federal Ministry of Works & Housing Authority.

I head a seven man Tenders Board Committee in charge of contracts. There were
series of contracts executed by we the Tenders Board Committee and the value
of these contracts were deliberately over invoiced to the sum of $28,000,000.00.
( Twenty Eight Million United States Dollars).

These contracts have been successfully executed and their contract sum paid,
leaving us with the over invoiced balance of ($28, 000,000.00)
(Twenty Eight Million United State Dollars.) still pending in the bank. We as civil
servants, cannot keep this amount in our personal account because of our
government fund monitoring team on all civil servants.

In view of this, I am sending you this email message if you can assist us to receive
this fund into any account of your choice and we will compensate you with 25% of
the total amount. All modalities for the easy movement of this money is already
in place and it will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will not
constitute a breach of the law either in your country or in mine.

If you will assist us, get back to me on this email: wahabellams2015@gmail.com
for detailed information. Please treat this proposal as strictly confidential and
urgent. Awaiting your urgent response. God bless.

Best regards.
Dr. Wahab David Ellams,
