I have received a similar email from this person, that he is willing to invest in my project, till now he has not demanded any money and replies does not look like scam, so I want to know from others how you are treating this as scam and is there anything I should be aware of,

We can say that any email seen on this site has been sent to a honey trap Email address and whoever sent the email was using a disreputable mailing list. We would advise you to seek an opinion from a local professional who can investigate and carry out further due diligence tests.
There is a forum at https://www.scamwarners.com/ which has a wider user base. We also suggest that a visit to that forum might be worthwhile, there may be someone with relevant experience located there.
Not to worry, he has demanded $950 from me as documentation charge, after which he will invest $1M in my project :), very funny, these idiots think we are stupids
