Hello,
I am the business development director for the Venezuelan Government's
Department of Energy and Mining. I have been giving the Authority to
recommend foreign and local companies to be issued crude oil and
petroleum export licenses.
I have big buyers for Crude Oil in the West, but I want the Venezuelan
government to sell oil to these big western buyers through an
intermediary party.
Proceeds of the oil sales will be shared between the intermediary
entity and the Venezuelan government.
We are looking at 2M Barrels each month for 12 months. I will detail
