It was just sent to me, so it continues. I was scammed by people from the DRC, Uganda and Kenya during 2016 on a gold deal where they tried to present the investment as a legitimate investment opportunity. The Uganda group is Golden Mining Agency, Ltd and the Kenya group is Custom Cargo Handlers. I am currently working with the US Department of State and FBI to obtain my funds return. I don’t know why people fall for this type of thing it is so obvious.
I received the same letter. I suspected a scam from the get go.
