Attn: Valued Winner, Please refer to the attached document for winning information and details to contact courier service for claims of your won prize and contact them ASAP.
Regards.
Plenty of things wrong with this certificate, apart from the basic amateurish design.
  1. Poor quality “National Lottery” logos
  2. Wording off centre
  3. “Great Britain” pounds
  4. Agent signature “Rodney Alexander” does not match text “Edwin Connel”
  5. Connel spelled wrong which was spelt Connell within Email

Hi,

I do not have easy access to a printer and I lack the ability to edit the form electronically. I hope that if I give you the details in an Email this will be okay. If you do need that form filled in, I will be able to visit a friend with a printer over the weekend.

Address: *****
Delivery times: Evenings 7pm-10pm
Delivery Option: 3-4 working days

I genuinely was unable to print the form until the weekend. No reply to this message, so I printed, filled in, scanned and sent the form.

Hi,

A few little queries if you don’t mind.

I remeber from a previous Western Union payment, I had to say what currency – Euro, US $ or local – presumably Turkish Lira. ?

I am sending 500 great Britain pounds, are you just accepting what ever the exchnage rate gives you or should I be paying an amount in your currency?

Does it have to be Western Union – My nearest outlet is not easy for me to get to during the week. Are you able to do a Moneygram transaction instead? If not, it may take me a few days to get a payment sent.

Are you able to give me a CITES reference?

Kind Regards

Hello Mr Paul, we could accept any currency, but preferably you give them pounds and tell them to send in euros, also you could use money gram and attach a copy of the receipt or reference number via email and as soon as you payment is received, we shall issue you a tracking number to follow up shipment till it gets to your door step.

Hello again,

Although I work in London, I am actually in a remote village during the week. It takes 45 minutes to get into town, so to get to a Western Union shop or a Moneygram center would cost me 1 aned ahalf hours. Plus any time needed to carry out the transactions, and I am limited to a £300 cash withdrawal each day. Its not easy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to have to do all this at the weekend, I hope that is not causing abny problems.

Of course, I can always do a direct transfer to a bank account if tahts at all possible. i know it can take 3 or 4 days to clear an international transfer, but the Western Union Moneygram option is going to take as long. PLease let me know what alternativfe actions I can take.

I am sorry to mess you about, but please understand that it is not possible for me to visit banks and such during the week. As I said, I work in a remote village, any useful shop is in a nearby town, but it takes too long to get there and I cannot do it during the day. I need to find an alternative or this could drag on until the weekend. I have the £600 cash in my hand, even that I had to visit the cash machine over two days! Can I ask someone else to send it? I could even post it, there is a post office near me.

Hello , i quite understand, but western union service does not take more than 10minutes to initiate, you could ask someone to help you send, also you spoke about posting, if you could post money, why cant you send through Western union, its more difficult even posting money than using the western union service, well once you make the payment, let us know as we may not have time to talk on this issue again as we have other customers to attend to.

Its not the time at the counter, its the time needed to get there. Postboxes do not have opening times, so post is easier.

Anyway, I have arranged for someone to do the payment tmorrow, then hopefully we can finally sort out delivery

Hello, this is a company and we have lots of things to attend to, you already know the requirement for delivery and you have promised countable times to make payment, we are not in any way pressuring you because its optional whether you claim or not, so we may not have time for repeated correspondence on a single topic, if you are making payment, go ahead and we have parcel delivered.

I know you are a company, I am a customer!

As a point of fact, I have only made one promise to make the payment at the weekend, the rest of the times I have been trying to get some assistance in order to do it a bit earlier.

Now I have paid, I would expect at least some sort of acknowledgement, instead of your surly note!

Hi,

As previously stated, I sent the courier fee at the weekend, but I am still waiting to hear any confirmation that everything is now okay, and my prize is on its way.

Please can someone let me know everything is okay

Hello, i understand you know this is a company and not a joke factory, if you have made a payment, where is the receipt? like i said before, its optional whether you claim your prize or not so dont see it as though you are doing anyone good by paying or claiming your prize, its your prize. if you have actually made a payment, we should not remind you to send the receipt.

I will ask you again, have you double checked your spam folders or looked for an Email from Vodaphone?
