Dear Sir,
Well received your attached from our sister company, but as
recommended by them to contact you directly. However, I sent you an
email yesterday, asking to replace at the Proforma Invoice the total
amount from your local currency to total amount in USD.
Our bank won’t accept the payment both exchange rates, only at the
official one we will pay, which is USD. So please as per new order,
revise the PI and change total amount to USD and resend immediately
in reply.
Please let me know if you have any doubts.
I will wait for the revised Proforma as soon as possible.
