Good day,

We are the agents for the commercial managers of Florida Straits
Navigation Ltd., Hong Kong. the owners of the m.v. Biscayne Light, and
are pleased to advise that your good firm are hereby appointed as
agents for the vessel’s forthcoming call.
We rely on your good efforts to ensure that the vessel’s time in
port and attendant costs are minimized.
The vessel is designated to load for charterers as follows:
Charterers:    Koch Fertilizers LLC
Cargo:        Urea in bulk
Quantity:        21,350 mt
Load terms:    7,000 mt pwwd of 24 consecutive hours FHEX
The vessel is indicating her ETA on or before 07 Sept 2022, all
going well, weather permitting and unforeseen circumstance excepted.
Kindly let us have by return the status of readiness of cargo and
prospects for loading operations. For sake of good order, we would be
grateful if you could kindly advise:
•    Working hours of the terminal
•    Schedule of holidays
•    Method of loading
•    Expected rate of loading
•    Berthing prospects and delays,if any
•    Any draft restrictions at the berth; permissible draft in
the channel and height of tide (if applicable)
•    Approx stow factor of the cargo to be loaded

BUNKERING:No plans.
BILLS OF LADING: Kindly advise if original B/L’s will be presented
to the master for signature or if you will be signing same on his
behalf.
REPORTS: We would appreciate receiving daily from your office an
e-mail including the following (as appropriate):
•    Date/Time of Arrival/Berthing
•    Time NOR tendered / Accepted
•    Amount of cargo loaded that day
•    Total cargo loaded to date
•    Time of commencement / completion of loading
•    Any rain, strong wind or high humidity times, either while
vessel working, waiting for berthing at anchorage or waiting for
barges etc., Please also advise any disruptions / stoppages of either
ship side
        or shore side and kindly ensure all such details are
incorporated into the SOF
SOF / PORT LOGS: Kindly ensure that the SOF and Port Logs reflect
following:
•    Any rain / high humidity times from moment of vessel’s
arrival
•    Holidays and half-holidays (including BIMCO holidays)
•    Actual time worked during these periods and if applicable
worked between 1200 hrsThursday and 0800 hrsSundays and on holidays
•    Any shifting between berths with times of shifting
•    Any damage caused to vessel / shore equipment / shore
structure during port stay
PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY:
•    Stoppages owing to cargo condition
•    Any damage caused by stevedores
•    Any stoppages or work stoppage by port labourers
Attached herewith please find further details of the vessel you may
find useful. When available, please fax / e-mail copies of the
following: NOR, SOF, Draft Survey.
