Subject: Special Tax Refund

Department of the Treasury
Internal Revenue Service
TX 73301-0215 USA

Attention Please,

I am directed to inform you that a special tax refund of $500,000
(Five Hundred Thousand Dollars) has been approved in your favor, based
on the analysis of your tax activities.

Please read these directives below very carefully:

1. Kindly keep this message confidential to avoid hitches; All
communications and enquiries must be directed to me, your schedule
officer.

2. For this refund, REPLY with your routing and account numbers. These
can be found on the bottom of your checks, through your online banking
application or by contacting your financial institution directly. Do
not enter the number on your bank card.

3. If you have a prepaid debit card, you may be able to have your
refund applied to the card. Many reloadable prepaid cards have account
and routing numbers that you could reply this message with. You would
need to check with the financial institution to ensure your card can
be used, and to obtain the routing number and account number, which
may be different from the card number.

4. Your refund should only be deposited directly into U.S. bank or
U.S. bank affiliated accounts that are in your own name; your spouse’s
name or both if it’s a joint account.

Thanks.

Best Regards,
Karen
