Over the past month I took a close gander at the facts surrounding my parents case where they were categorically denied assistance in their time of need by the different programs designed to assist people in need in the Province of Manitoba.
Through my investigations it was discovered that, directly due to the blatant racial discrimination that exists within the organization and within the authorities employed within the province of Manitoba, that any and all applications made by my son for assistance for his Grandparents (my son)was categorically denied.

To discover just why this transpired he went undercover, something that he is well trained to do in/as he is an investigator within the US Navy’s CID,, where he was able to befriend one of the authorities employed and is in a position that grants assistance to those in need within the Province of Manitoba. What he was able to uncover came as no surprise in/as with dealings with these people when they are working with people of Aboriginal decent their actions are not based on the person’s need but on their own piratical beliefs and bearing. With Nicholas befriending him he was able to get the conversation concerning DAM INDIANS INVADING THE LAND OF DECENT WHITE CITIZENS which opened this bigot up making the following statement which my son was able to capture on his cell phone: RE: THAT DAM LAZY DRUNKEN INDIAN SHOULD GET HIS ASS BACK TO THE RESERVATION AND STOP SCAMMING THE HARD EARNED FUNDS EARNED BY REAL CANADIANS””

Further investigations discovered that my father was denied any support or assistance and this was passed down the line. Thus with every application that Nicholas had made concerning getting assistance for his grandparents in their time of need as out rightly denied. It was discovered that each department had “”””DISCOVERED””””(invented) clauses and information that would make their applications unfounded thus denied. My father, directly due to the costs involver, has not had his teeth looked after for over six years and Nick discovered that one of them broke and that my father, not having the funds to have it properly looked after, pulled the tooth out himself and this sickened me. BUT ACCORDING TO THE MANITOBA GOVERMENT HE SHOULD GET HIS ASS BACK TO THE RESERVATION AND STOP INVADING THE WHITE MANS DOMAINE!!!!!!!

All of our (My two sisters and I) lives we had been discouraged from letting people know that we were Aboriginals. The only time that this came home was when we moved to Calgary and my father tried to enroll us into a public school. He was bluntly informed that his two children could be enrolled but his ?????Adopted daughter????? Would be beter suited going to an intercity school where she would be beter accepted!!!!!!! My sister has very distinct Aboriginal features while my baby sister and I have white skins and features and take after our mother, a white Canadian, thus we easily passed as whites while my oldest sister has strong Aboriginal features and dark skin and is very apparent that she is Aboriginal.

In stating the above we had very little exposure to the racial profiling that is prevalent within the White Society. An example of such is when my father bought a licensed restaurant in Calgary (Haven been licensed for the past eight years and had their license renewed yearly with no problems). needing a Liqueur License made the application and was inspected by one of their “”””TRUSTED EMPLOYEES”””. Immediately he was denied the license and the reasons for such, re: The emergency exit door was an inch too narrow; the exhaust fan was not strong enough , the setup condition of the area where alcohol was dispensed was not up to the requirements of the province of Manitoba…and this is just a small listing of the complaints that this person was able to discover when he made his inspection thus the licensee was categorically denied…and for eight years previous the business was licensed and that when my father had bought the business there had not been any alterations made!!!!!~~~

Upon investigation it was discovered that my sister was present when he had entered the property and the inspector made a comment as to her race (My sister has, unlike myself and my younger sister, strong Aboriginal features where the two of us have white skins and very little Aboriginal features.) When she told him that she was an Aboriginal and that our father owned the business he made a rude comment re: You mean that a dam Indian owns this restaurant!!!!!!!

It was later discovered that this person had made a comment re: That under no condition will he allow an Indian to open a licensed restaurant as long as he was in charge. This statement was heard by a person who’s best friend was an announcer on one of the local radio station’s.(who later became Mayor of Calgary and Premier of Alberta) and he got extremely Pissed Off with what he had heard. Mr. Kline, as a regular at the restaurant and this was one of his watering holes, not to have such open and allowed to serve him his favorite refreshment…well he stepped in. Within a few days my father got his license and was able to serve the people for over ten years when, due to the costs of us gong to collage and the extreme expense, sold the restaurant to raise the much needed funds.
Now he faces another bigoted person who is utilizing his powers to discriminate against him directly due to his race!!!!!!! Doing some extreme digging, (I am a Major in the US Army Intel branch and have spent over 35 years digging up data for the US Army),I discovered what brought this about and his total dislike for my father and the outright denial of any format of assistance for him in his time of need. My father was a resident of the nutritive residential school system and when he was ten years old a priest was sexually molesting him. The priest shoved his panics in my father’s mouth choking him and making it difficult for him to breath. My father, in complete defense, bit it off and got out of the room that he had been dragged into.
The school had him arrested and charged with harming a “”””MAN OF GOD””””” For three days they tour him, and all Aboriginals, apart declaring them as savages and degenerates coming from slums and being pagans and unable to be taught anything. After three days of this blatant abuse the judge, one of the only NON-CHRISTIANS sitting on the bench, A person of Jewish heritage, stopped the fiasco and called the priest to the bench. He demanded tom know just what his private parts where doing in this “”””CHILD’S””””” mouth then issued an order that the riest be charged with sexual assault on a child…before his orders could be carried out the Catholic church had this animal moved out of the district and away from the charges. The judge then had my father and his kin removed from the Indian Act and out of the residency schools system thus removed from the Indian Statute Act of Canada. We then discovered that the person who had denied the assistance for my parents was the nephew of the priest ( the priest was his mothers brother)who had his privates removed and when he had heard the name of my father he looked into such and was able to prove that this was the person who had militated his uncle. ( I tried to get official printed documentation of such but was unable to do such directly due to the sealing of documents both by the judge who had heard the case who had sealed the document regarding this case and the Catholic Church, protecting one of the animals who filled their ranks at these criminal institutions).

Over six years ago my mother went into the hospital for what was supposed to be a very simple operation. Even though she had been told that she would be there for only two days she ended up spending over two weeks in the hospital in extreme pain. When she was released from the hospital she was in horrid condition. Her bowels where completely malfunctioning and her abdomen was completely screwed up thus her having to have constant care.

They wanted her to be placed into a nursing home but my father, who had looked into how people in these institutions where cared for..or NOT, stated that he would care for his wife himself at their home. She had to have 24/7 care which my father tried to give her taking on all the duties in running the household.

After a year of such my father had a stroke and a massive heart attack which landed him into the hospital. When he got out of the hospital, his grandchildren had taken care of their grandmother during such, to once again had her moved back into their apartment and did his best in caring for her. The only problem with this was the extreme expece that was necessary to care for my mother.

Her meds, the across the counter expenses, the much needed supplies that where needed went way beyond their pension income. Prior to them setting sick they lived very well on their pensions and had monies to spare but then they were digging into their savings just to survive.

Last winter when my son was , while on from his deployment in the Navy, discovered the horrid shape that they were in especially that they were deep in dept. and living in extreme poverty. To be able to put food on their table my father, for the first time in his life, had to go to the local food bank.

Nick, seeing the conditions that they were in,made applications at the different agencies that assisted people in need. When he returned for a visit last Sept. he discovered that every application was catagoricly denied which totally sickened him. Nick contacted the different family members seeking some assistance for his grandparents which released their problems to a small degree but this is only a stop gap thing..they need assistance just to survive and as far as the authorities in Manitoba …well they don’t?????QUALIFY????? for such or to quote one of their “”””HIGHLY RESPECTED EVOTED EMPLOYEES!!!!!””””” MY GRANDFATHER SHOULD GET HIS LAZY DRUNKEN ASS BACK TO THE RESERVATION AND STOP SCAMMING THE FUNDS OF THE HARD WORKING ?????REAL????? CANADIANS””””””

My father worked hard all his life and supplied us, his children, a very good lifestyle and he had his last drink when his first grandchild was born on the 13tho fo Sept. 1980 and just celebrated 41 years in the A,A. program which he an active member of.

TO BE LABLED AS A LAZY DUNK WHO SHOULD GET HIS ASS BACK TO THE RESERVATION AND STOP TRYING TO SCAM THE FUNDS OF HARD WORKING REAL CANADIANS”””””….WELL THIS COMPLETELY NOT ONLY DEGRADED MY FATHER BUT PUT HIM INTO A VERY DEPRESSED STATEOF MIND. MY FATHER WORKED HARD ALL HIS LIFE AND DOES NOT DRINK AND HAS A VERY GOOD LIFESTYLE CARING OR MY MOTHER IN A MANNERISM THAT GOES WAY BEYOND THAT PROVIDED BY THE DIFFERENT GOVERNMET AENCIES AND EVEN THOUGHHE IS COMPLETELY STRAPPED FORFUNDS HE HAS NOT, FOR ONE MINUTE, STEPPED AWAY FROM CARING FOR HIS WIFE……A LAZY DRUNKEN INDIAN….I THINK NOT!!!!!

I would like to assist him more but with two rug rats in collage existing on Army Pay well my resources are stretched to the limit and the rest of my sisters are in similar financial condition thus our assistance is very limited..hell I just discovered that I am, at 55 years of age, going to be a new father
