I assure you any story from Burkina Faso is just a lie. It is popular to promise the payment will be made through an ATM visa card. Imagine somebody is gullable and believes she/he will ever get such a credit card with $ 10.5 millions USD from Burkina Faso, a country with strong restrictions on the export of foreign currencies, the answer is quite simple. The crook in Burkina Faso will ask for a shipping and handling fee to be transferred with western union or ria or money transfer. After sending the fee the crook will just erase the email address and the communication will end. However, some crooks are very persistent. After they received payment for shipping and handling they will inform you to pay a duty or government tax before the card will be sent to you. Nigerian crooks are even more creative and demand from you to pay a lawyer who will get a court order for you to allow the shipment of the card. Finally, you will never ever get any money from Africa. These people have just one talent they lie endlessly.
